Most small advice firms are paying for iO and using a fraction of it. We audit what is actually in there, fix the data, build the workflows, and keep it accurate — so the system works for the practice instead of the other way round.
These are the findings that recur across almost every instance we look at. None of them are the firm's fault — they accumulate quietly over years of ordinary busy practice.
Fees expected against fees actually received, never reconciled line by line against platform statements. Shortfalls sit unnoticed because nothing surfaces them.
The same client twice, plans attached to nobody, records from a migration that never got tidied. Every report built on top of them is quietly wrong.
iO ships with workflow capability most firms never configure, so new business and reviews get tracked in someone's head, a spreadsheet, or an inbox.
Annual reviews tracked manually slip. If an ongoing fee is charged, the ability to evidence what was delivered matters — and that starts with the dates being right.
FUM and recurring revenue figures that disagree with the platform, so the principal stops using the dashboard and goes back to a spreadsheet.
Client files reconstructable only by hunting through email. Fine until somebody asks for a complete file at short notice.
Take any of these as a one-off project, or combine them into ongoing support.
A full audit of your instance, ending in a written findings document with a prioritised list of what to fix and what it would take.
Fixing what the audit finds — and getting data in cleanly if you are moving to iO from another system.
Configuring iO so the system tracks the work, rather than the work being tracked in somebody's memory.
Initial, ongoing and ad-hoc fees tracked by client and adviser, checked against what the platforms actually paid.
Reporting you can actually rely on, because the data underneath it has been checked.
Connecting iO to the rest of the stack, and configuring it properly in the first place.
A fixed-fee audit is the sensible first step. You get a written picture of what is actually in your instance — and you are free to fix it yourself, with us, or not at all. Prices exclude VAT.

No, and deliberately so. We are not a reseller, we take no commission from Intelliflo, and we have no incentive to recommend modules or upgrades you do not need. If the answer is that your current setup is fine, that is what we will tell you.
A health check starts at £500 as a fixed-fee project. Ongoing support runs from £500 to £3,500+ per month depending on scope — see the packages on our main services page. Everything is scoped and priced in writing before work begins, and prices exclude VAT.
No. We provide administrative, bookkeeping and IT support only. We do not give financial advice, do not provide paraplanning or compliance consultancy, and do not hold client money, so FCA authorisation is not required for what we do. Advisory output always remains with the regulated adviser.
No. Intelligent Office work is done remotely, so we support advice firms across the UK. Our managed IT service is more London and South East focused, because that one occasionally needs someone on site.
