Client administration, new business processing, bookkeeping and Intelligent Office — run properly by people who understand regulated advice firms, so you can spend your time advising rather than administering.
Most small firms reach a point where the principal is doing three jobs. These are the moments firms typically call us.
Because there isn't one. Provider chasing, valuations and file preparation land on the person who should be seeing clients.
An administrator is a salary, a desk, holiday cover and management time. The work does not yet justify it, but it is not going away.
Expected against received, checked line by line against platform statements. Most firms discover shortfalls the first time anyone looks properly.
Annual reviews tracked by memory or a spreadsheet. Where an ongoing fee is charged, being able to evidence what was delivered matters.
Commission, initial and ongoing adviser charges, and provider statements are not ordinary small-business bookkeeping.
An administrator moves on and takes the undocumented process with them. Continuity is the immediate problem.
Take any pillar on its own, or combine them into a complete outsourced back office.
The day-to-day that keeps client records accurate, current and ready for inspection.
Making iO earn its licence fee — audited, configured and kept accurate.
Bookkeeping that understands how an advice business actually earns.

No. We provide administrative, bookkeeping and IT support only. We do not give financial advice, do not provide paraplanning or compliance consultancy, and do not hold client money, so FCA authorisation is not required for what we do. Advisory output always remains with the regulated adviser.
We specialise in iO because it is what most of the UK adviser market runs on, but the administration and bookkeeping work is not platform-specific. Tell us what you use and we will say honestly whether we can help.
No. We are built for firms from sole trader up to about ten advisers — the sizes most outsourcers treat as too small to bother with.
We work inside your own systems under named accounts you control, with multi-factor authentication and encrypted file exchange. Data stays under your control. We sign an NDA and data processing agreement before starting.
Yes. Data tidies, historic reconciliations, bulk report production and system migrations all work as fixed-fee projects. The Foundations package exists for exactly this.
Not currently. A paraplanning service is in development and we will announce it when it launches. We would rather say so plainly than take on work we are not yet set up to do properly.
A free 30-minute call — tell us about your firm and we'll recommend the package that fits, or tell you honestly if you don't need us yet.
